Technology and Your Family – New Curriculum
With the increasing use of technological advances in cell phones and the internet, BMI is launching a new curriculum geared toward helping leaders understand how to combat the dangers. We are all familiar with the positive features that technology and the internet provide; however, in many countries around the world, there is not much education on the dangers. In our standard four-lesson format, Faith Burnham has written about how parents can protect their children from the dangers of the internet and how to build a mind centered on Christ. The material is also being formatted to be taught to teenagers directly. The lessons are translated into Vietnamese, Khmer (Cambodia), Nepali, and Russian. In April, Faith traveled with Jonathan to SE Asia and conducted two training conferences focusing on the Technology curriculum with women leaders of Vietnam and Cambodia.
