Ev. Joshua Mussa Magwesela
BMI Tanzania Ministry Partner
Ev. Joshua Mussa Magwesela holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Tanzania (2014) and a Master of Divinity from Torch Trinity Graduate University, South Korea (2021). He is passionate about equipping pastors and church leaders for mentorship and discipleship multiplication movements in Tanzania and neighboring countries. He has additionally acquired experience working in the business industry. Joshua was ordained as an Evangelist in the Africa Inland Church (AIC), a large evangelical church in Tanzania with over two thousand local churches. He is also the oldest son of the Archbishop of the AIC, Rev. Mussa Magwesela. Joshua has recently joined the staff of Nassa Theological College to teach and train students for the ministry of mentorship multiplication.
Rev. Kioko Mwangangi
BMI Kenya Ministry Partner
Rev. Kioko Mwangangi is a recognized pastor, leader, and trainer in Eastern Kenya. Since BMI first came to Kenya, Kioko has been integrally involved in the ministry of mentorship multiplication. He shares the BMI ministry philosophy to make disciples who reproduce themselves in the lives of future Christian leaders.
Kioko personally models mentorship multiplication in his ministry.
Kioko joined BMI as a Kenya Ministry Partner in 2022. He is married to Damaris Mbinya Kioko. Together, they are raising three children – Mawia, Muema, and Mumo.
Dr. Lincoln Chirochierwa
BMI Ministry Partner for Malawi, Zambia, and Zimbabwe
Dr. Lincoln Chirochierwa joined BMI as the Ministry Partner in Southern Africa (Malawi, Zambia, and Zimbabwe) in 2022. Prior to his role with BMI, Lincoln received his education in Kharkiv, Ukraine, where BMI Vice President, Dr. Vitaliy Sorokun, personally mentored him. Under his influence, Lincoln responded to the call to full-time ministry. Since joining BMI, Lincoln has equipped local church leaders and led the mentorship multiplication movements in Malawi, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. He currently lives in Blantyre, Malawi, with his wife, Melisa.
Rev. Pascal Ndagijimana
BMI Ministry Partner for Rwanda, Uganda, and Congo
Rev. Pascal Ndagijimana serves as the lead pastor of Musanze Baptist Church and holds the esteemed position of President of the Evangelical Baptist Churches of Rwanda. He earned a master’s degree from Wheaton College, Illinois. Pascal is dedicated to church planting, emphasizing the Great Commission through mentorship multiplication. In 2022, Rev. Ndagijimana joined BMI as the Ministry Partner for the Great Lakes Region (Rwanda, Uganda, and Congo).
He is married to Peace and has three children: Janniah, Junior, and Julia.
David Hopkhop
BMI Ministry Partner in Laos
Rev. David Hopkhop lives in Vientiane, the capital city of Laos. He is a pastor, a farmer, and the leader of a major church planting movement called Mekong and Beyond, which encompasses countries such as Laos, Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam.
David’s first encounter with BMI was in 2014. Since then, he has joined our ministry as a powerful opportunity to disciple the next level of national leaders who focus on mentorship multiplication movements.
David is married to Vandee. Together, they are raising three children – Pitsana, Anouphap, and Benjamin.
Pastor Nueng Sarayuth
BMI Ministry Partner in Thailand
Pastor Nueng has been in full-time ministry for 17 years. Together with his close friends, he planted a church in 2011. His ministry calling and passion is to mentor others to be good leaders who are trustworthy and who reproduce into the lives of other disciples. Nueng is one of the founding leaders of the Mekong and Beyond Movement – a major church-planting movement in Southeast Asia that is taking place in Laos, Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam. He trains other Christian leaders for mentorship multiplication within his movement.
Nueng is married to Ruth. Together, they are raising two children – Timothy and Tammy.
Rev. Ely Roy Bhojwani
BMI Ministry Partner for the Philippines
Rev. Ely Roy Bhojwani is the Senior Pastor of Living Waters of Christ International Ministries in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila. After earning a BSBA degree with a Major in Banking and Finance, Roy pursued his theological training at the International Bible Training College in Sussex, England.
Roy has been in the pastoral ministry for more than 20 years and actively participates in various church ministries in Manila and other parts of the Philippines. He is currently serving as the vision keeper of the Elders of Valenzuela City, a local ministerial association composed of around 250 pastors from various denominations in the city.
Roy became BMI Ministry Partner in the Philippines in 2022. He is married to Emie and is blessed with two young adult children, Joshua and Naomi Psalm.
Rev. Sergey Drozd
BMI Belarus Ministry Partner
Sergey Drozd joined BMI as the Belarus Ministry Partner in 2012. He is married to Elena. They have three sons. Sergey serves as a Baptist pastor in Minsk, the capital city of Belarus. He is also the Vice Rector of Minsk Theological Seminary – the leading theological training institution in the country, which has a long-standing partnership with BMI. Under Sergey’s leadership, BMI training materials and philosophy have become one of the key features of the seminary’s educational process. Sergey is also the Deputy Bishop of the Baptist Union of Belarus.
Rev. Ivan Kozorezov
BMI Russia Ministry Partner
Ivan joined BMI as the Russia Ministry Partner in 2014. Ivan serves as the lead pastor of a Baptist church in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia’s fourth-largest city. Ivan actively develops the ministry of mentorship multiplication in his local church. He also serves alongside the BMI Russia Regional Director Sergey Naboichenko. Together, they oversee the BMI training in Russia and are tasked to launch mentorship multiplication movements in Russia’s many regions.
Ivan is married to Olga. They have one son, Matthew.
