FAR WEST NEPAL: In connection with the multiplying discipleship ministry, BMI Regional Director Sonam Kabo had an opportunity to teach and train a young Nepali Christian man, Mr.Dil Bahadur, from Far West Nepal with the practical ministry leadership training of BMI teaching curriculum about 15 years ago in the Kathmandu Discipleship Training Institute. Mr. Dil now serves as a Senior Pastor of Glorious Christian Church and also as the president of 18 united local churches in Kanchanpur District. Pastor Dil requested Rev. Sonam teach from the BMI curriculum in their youth conference, where about 300 youth pastors and leaders participated. Rev. Sonam taught the 7 steps of Christian Living and Christian family.

Plans are to begin a BTMP Training course for the whole Far West Christian pastors and leaders where more than 150 local churches have been planted and pastor Dil said that leadership training is desperately needed. The first BTMP training should be completed by the end of 2018 for the Far West Region.
