Living With Your Emotions

Written by Sue Burnham, professional mental health counselor, the course is a powerful tool for women, which can be used for developing Women’s ministry of the church, women’s Bible studies or studied individually.

The book addresses a variety of emotions that influence the way women act – anger, fear, depression, and others – and the patterns women can establish to control and channel them in a positive way. Most of all, Sue Burnham points to the help God can provide in living with emotions.

The book consists of eight chapters and is accompanied with a Study Guide. Seven out eight themes are available on DVD/online.
