Biblical Training and Mentoring Program (BTMP) is designed with the goal to equip Christian leaders with practical skills in effective discipleship, local church ministry and mentoring.

BTMP utilizes all ministry training materials developed by BMI, including Seven Steps of Christian Living, Practical Ministry Training and Encountering Christ, which makes it a comprehensive training program that will be used in seminaries and Bible colleges worldwide.

During the entire process of training, a personal spiritual mentor will help shape each leader’s practical ministry skills, emphasizing evangelism and discipleship as a lifestyle, which are fundamental for the long-term healthy growth of the body of Christ. 

BTMP  =   EC + 7 Steps + PMT

When offered in partnership with a Bible college or seminary, the school may issue a certificate upon completion of BTMP. This certificate may provide credit toward other degree programs at the school. The certificate may also be credited toward pastoral ordination.

BTMP is designed for upcoming church leaders who are preparing for effective ministry, as well as for established church leaders who desire to improve their practical ministry skills.”
